At approximately ten times (10X) the strength of 7-OH, mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl (Pseudo) is the next wave of alternative kratom molecules. Though often presented in the market, no one has had a standard to even test for the presence of Pseudo - UNTIL NOW.
Kanna21’s manufacturer of 7OH has now, literally, created the standard for Pseudo. A “reference standard” is what analytical labs utilize to test for the presence and concentration of a molecule in a product. Until now, no one had 100% Pseudo and therefore could not substantiate a claim for the presence of Pseudo. Our manufacturer has since created this reference standard and provided it to the first of what will become several top labs to receive the Pseudo standard for testing product claims of Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl.

7-OH is most frequently offered as a finished product as tablets, but can also be put into shot/drinks, powders, and other forms. Kanna21 is proud to announce to release of its patent pending 7OH vape juice, and will soon be offering subliminal strips and other finished products via its select manufacturing partners.
Many customers ask about gummies. While we are working on developing this product, the heat required to produce gummies will frequently cause significant loss/degradation of 7OH in the gummy making process. We do not currently recommend adding 7OH to gummies and caution consumers that these products may not meet their label claims.

Kratom Effects: Kratom is associated with effects that include pain relief, mood elevation, and relaxation. 7-Hydroxymitragynine is an active metabolite of the active alkaloid mitragynine, found in kratom leaves, and is a key mediator of its effects.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
• Advance Payment Requirement. Full payment is due in advance of shipment. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received in cleared funds. • Retention of Title and Possession. Title to the product(s) remains with Seller, and Seller retains all rights to possession and control of the goods until Customer has paid in full. Seller may withhold or recall shipment at any time prior to payment in full.
Seller’s Right to Redirect Payments• Seller shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to apply any payments received from Customer to any outstanding invoices or obligations of Customer, regardless of Customer’s designation of such payments, until all amounts due to Seller are paid in full.
Excused Performance – Changes in Law• Seller shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, or failure in performance caused by acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, supply disruptions, or changes in federal, state, or local laws or regulations—including any prohibition or restriction on the manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession of kratom or similar botanicals. In such cases, Seller may suspend or cancel performance without liability.
Product Use and Licensing• Restricted Use. All products are sold for lawful personal or research use only and are not approved for human consumption, unless explicitly stated. Customer assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• No Medical Claims. Seller makes no representations regarding health benefits, uses, or efficacy. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not evaluated by the FDA.
• BY PURCHASING KRATOM PRODUCTS FROM KANNA21, BUYER EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BUYER UNDERSTANDS AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE KRATOM PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RISKS OF ABUSE, DEPENDENCE, ADDICTION, OVERDOSE, AND DEATH.
• There are no uses for kratom approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the FDA has warned consumers not to use kratom products because of potential adverse effects. Specifically, the FDA has warned that:
• Kratom is not lawfully marketed in the U.S. as a drug product, a dietary supplement, or a food additive in conventional food.
• FDA has warned consumers not to use kratom because of the risk of serious adverse events, including liver toxicity, seizures, and substance abuse disorder (SUD). In rare cases, deaths have been associated with kratom use, as confirmed by a medical examiner or toxicology reports. However, in these cases, kratom was usually used in combination with other drugs, and the contribution of kratom in deaths is unclear.
• Cases of kratom-related SUD have also been observed. In these cases, individuals met certain criteria for SUD, including using kratom for longer than intended, using more kratom than intended, having cravings for kratom, continuing to use kratom despite adverse consequences (either physically or in their personal life), increasing the amount of kratom use to produce the same effect (tolerance), and experiencing withdrawal symptoms when kratom use was stopped (physical dependance).
• FDA is also aware of cases involving neonatal abstinence syndrome, in which newborns experienced withdrawal signs such as jitteriness, irritability, and muscle stiffness following prolonged exposure to kratom prior to birth. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Kanna21, LLC, and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any harm or penalty resulting from Buyer’s failure to adequately inform Buyer’s customers of the risks associated with Kratom Products and, specifically, the warnings referenced above.
• FDA has warned the public when certain kratom products were contaminated with Salmonella and/or concerning levels of heavy metals. These contaminants can put people at risk and can result in numerous documented illnesses.
• State Licensing Compliance. Customer represents that it has any necessary state or local licenses, permits, or authorizations applicable to the purchase, storage, or use of the Product, and shall not use the Product in any prohibited manner.
Proper Handling and Storage• Store products in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
• Keep in an airtight, light-resistant container.
• Store between 35°F-46°F, product degradation may occur above 75°F.
• Only trained personnel should handle the products.
• Personal Protective Equipment should be used.
• Handle in a well-ventilated area or under a fume hood.
• Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.
• Ensure proper containment to prevent fine powder from becoming airborne.
Overages• All orders will be subject to a 10% variance from the ordered quantity. The customer is responsible for up to 10% overage from their order quantity. Any overage quantity in excess of 10% may still be offered to the customer, but they are not required to purchase the overage above the 10%.
Intellectual Property Rights• Seller retains all right, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property associated with the Product, including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, formulas, processes, methods, trade secrets, copyrights, and any derivatives or improvements thereof. No license or transfer of any intellectual property is granted, implied, or otherwise conferred to Customer.
6. Confidentiality• Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or trade secret information disclosed by Seller, including pricing, formulations, and methods of processing. This obligation shall survive termination of any commercial relationship.
7. Export Compliance• Customer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and acknowledges that products may not be exported or re-exported to any country or individual subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
9. Indemnification• 9.1 Customer Indemnity. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of: (i) Customer’s use of the Product, (ii) violation of applicable law, or (iii) breach of these Terms. • 9.2 Independent Contractor Indemnity (if applicable). If Customer is purchasing or reselling the Product as an independent contractor, distributor, or affiliate, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any claims or liability arising from representations made by Customer, use of marketing materials, or any third-party actions initiated by Customer.
10. Dispute Resolution• 10.1 Mediation. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Harris County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed mediator.
• 10.2 Arbitration. If mediation fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
• 10.3 No Class Actions. Customer waives the right to participate in any class or collective action arising out of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Miscellaneous• 12.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• 12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Seller and Customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
• 12.3 No Waiver. Seller’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• 12.4 Assignment. Customer may not assign these Terms without Seller’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized assignment shall be void.
